- Citrus Caesar Salad - hearts of romaine, aged parmesan, lemon-thyme dressing, truffled croissant croutons
- Black Gumbo - lump crab, brandy-poached oysters and braised duck

- Creamy Hoppin' John with asparagus and oven-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs and a balsamic drizzle (vegetarian)
