CD Forum's Annual 2011 Food As Art is a fundraiser that explores the culinary talents of Seattle's top Black Executive Chefs. Proceeds from Food As Art support The CD Forum's mission to present and produce Black cultural programs that encourage thought and debate for the greater Seattle area.

The Night:
In its 8th year, CD Forum's annual 2011 Food as Art at Bell Harbor showcases the considerable culinary talents of Black Executive Chefs and Restaurateurs from the Puget Sound area, with a menu curated by Andaluca's renowned Executive Chef Wayne Johnson. In addition to fabulous dining and complimentary wine service, guests will enjoy a dessert auction crafted by Executive Chef Erika Davis who recently appeared on Bravo TV's Top Chef Just Desserts.
