This will be a great opportunity to learn about the culinary heritage of monasteries and convents and how it lives on today all over the world. Learn what happens to the funds raised by the sale of these wonderful products. You can purchase the book, have it signed and taste some Trappist Ales and cheeses. We won't forget Chartruese, sparkling wine, brandy, Benedictine liqueur or other lesser know gifts from people who seek not profits, but higher goals from their goods.
