SPORK Pop-Up Supper Club
Thursday December 9 and Friday December 10. One seating per night at 7PM (doors open 6:30) and the format will be a prix fixe seven course plated menu. Price is $38/per person plus gratuity ($44 total). Wine and other beverages will be on an a la carte basis and we'll have a curated wine selection for you.

fresh Pacific dungeness crab, La Quercia lardo, local brioche
crispy Carlton Farms pork belly + fried Willapa Bay oyster salad, local golden pea shoots, celery, green tomato
roasted enoki, shitake, and oyster mushrooms w/ pistachio
Thai sausage and glass noodle stuffed Draper Valley boneless grilled chicken thigh, shaved Brussels sprouts, ginger scallion soy
