Soul Down: Naima Shalhoub & Jackie Gage
Soul Down is an expression of the modern movement of music in the Bay Area; when the sun goes down, the music that accompanies it empowers cultures, genres, and the force of music within the world. 2014 Jazz Search West Finalists Naima Shalhoub and Jackie Gage unite with this project once again in the space they first met, The Sound Room (Oakland, CA) in a tribute to jazz, art and soul.
Special for this evening, both artists are in the depths of recoding their debut albums, and attendees can support their work.
