CROSBY, STILLS, NASH & YOUNG RARE CLIPS (1969-1975)

Known for their wonderful soaring vocal harmonies and melodic guitars,
Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young came to the Woodstock Generation in
1969 from four different musical groups: Stephen Stills and Neil Young were in
Buffalo Springfield; David Crosby was in The Byrds; and Graham Nash was
the leader of the English group The Hollies. Each had a unique style that
contributed to writing and playing that brought their talents together to make
CSN&Y one of the first bands described as a "super-group." Neil Young's
specialty was political protest songs, angry and defiant; Stephen Stills focused
on country music, ballads, and love songs, as well as politics; David Crosby
loved folk rock, harmonies, and great guitar melodies; and Graham Nash blended
vocal harmonies and political awareness. Each of them complemented the
other. Throughout the 1970's they played huge concerts all around the world
â" including Woodstock. Their self-titled debut album was an instant Grammy
Award winner. Their classic songs became a voice for young people and a backlash against the Vietnam War and the
Nixon administration. This thrilling evening of rare performances includes many of their greatest songs: "Carry On,"
"Judy Blue Eyes," "Teach Your Children," "Woodstock," "Wooden Ships," "Our House," "Ohio" and more! Master
archivist Bill Shelley of Shelley Archives will present amazing CSN&Y clips from concerts, television appearances,
rehearsals, and promotional films. Don't miss out on this thrilling tribute to CSN&Y. Approx. 90 min.
