The Gate (Based on a True Story)
Set during the Korean war, a black American GI and his Korean love, who decide to get married despite the most "well-intentioned" objections of everyone around them. Cultural misunderstandings continue to pursue them once they move to the States, but their quiet love and mutual respect eventually triumphs.
