The Renaissance Yuletide Feast and Celebration
Celebrating Christmas with Kings, Queens, Princes, Princesses, Knights in shining armor, pagentry and pomp. Who hasn't dreamed of being part of such things? Well, you can be! On December 3, 4, 10, 11, 2010, Top Hat Productions will present The Renaissance Yuletide Feast and Celebration at the Fairview Arts & Outreach Center, 4220 Youngstown-Poland Rd.in Youngstown. Many have attended the seven productions over the years at the Struthers Field House when it was presented by the Struthers High School Chorale Department under the direction in Bob Noble. This year's production is the third presentation directed by Bob Noble in cooperation with Brian Palumbo and Top Hat Productions. It continues the tradition of replicating the revelry and merriment of a Christmas celebration in renaissance England. Wassail, the Boars Head, royalty, the joy of Christmas, music, revelry, dance, all performed around the serving of a full course meal, enhanced by royal diversions, and embraced in the ambiance of candle light. This is interactive theater at it's best! This is a production you do not want to miss. Each evening the merriment and revelry will begin at 6:30 p.m..
