Holdfast Collaboration with Jose Chesa - April 28th - Tuessday
For this Holdfast event, we will be teaming up with a good friend of ours Jose Chesa from Ataula. We will be offering a 10 course meal with 5 paired beverages. We will be offering both an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic pairing. Half of the courses will be prepared by Holdfast, with the other half prepared by Jose Chesa.
This dinner will be held at Holdfast at Fausse Piste on 537 SE Ash #102 in PDX, at 7:00 on Tuesday, April 28th.
