The Firestarters at Death & Taxes: Tandy Wilson
The Firestarters is a pop-up dinner series ushering in the latest projects from AC Restaurants, Death & Taxes and Bridge Club. Throughout the month of April, we're inviting some of the best chefs in the South to cook with us in our new space.
Tandy Wilson joins us from City House in Nashville, Tennessee, where he uses wood fire to craft a gorgeous menu of Italian-inspired dishes using Southern ingredients. At the restaurant, the pizza oven is the focus of the dining room, turning out pizzas, brilliantly cooked local meat and fish, and beautifully roasted vegetables. For two nights only, Tandy will take over the grill at Death & Taxes.
This special dinner begins with a special champagne and cocktail reception hosted by Ashley at Bridge Club, on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Guests will enjoy a tour of the events loft, plus libations and snacks previewing the forthcoming menu. Then guests will head downstairs to Death & Taxes for a 4-course dinner prepared by Tandy, with wine pairings from beverage director Matt Fern. Tickets are sold by the table, in capacities of 2 and 4. Single tickets are available for seating at the kitchen bar only. Tickets can be purchased for 6 p.m. or 8 p.m. seatings. Tickets are inclusive of tax and gratuity. Due to the very limited capacity of these events, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
