Meet Your Maker: Hugo Tea Company

Meet Your Maker is a new series, brought to you by The Sundry and The Recommended Daily, which gives you intimate access to food artisans in Kansas City. Each hour-long class, which is limited to 24 people, will feature a conversation with a food company's founder. They'll talk about how they got started and their process. We'll take questions throughout the discussion from the audience.

Class attendees will also get the chance to taste and learn more about the food or drink being featured during a demonstration or tasting. And then, with the help of The Sundry, you will leave with a sample and a guide on how to make something using that sample.

First up in the series is Tyler Beckett, the founder of Hugo Tea Company -- a hand-crafted tea business that uses direct-from-origin and organic teas. This is your chance to meet the artisans and crafters of Kansas City and find out why they love what they do. Are you ready to Meet Your Maker?
