Creating Demand for the Arts
Creating Demand for the Arts will provoke and examine the principles of making art more commonplace in everyday life and explore solutions for creating demand for the arts in areas of low engagement.

The conference will offer case studies and insights from keynote speakers and the Creative People and Places (CPP) programme to open up discussion, challenge thinking, and encourage critical reflection and analysis of the programme.

Through a number of thematic sessions across various locations in Stoke-on-Trent we will encourage delegates to consider where the overall Creative People and Places programme is now, where it is going and the impact it has made. The conference aims to build on good practice, gain a better sense of the bigger picture and establish an action plan for the CPP programme moving forward.


Note on ticketing:

Each consortium has 4 places plus a place for your Critical Friend. Please ensure you have booked your tickets by Friday 8 May 2015. There are two types of ticket available:

Full Pass Ticket - This ticket includes full access to the conference on both days and a ticket for the evening meal and CPP Networking Party on 9 June. The evening meal and CPP Networking Party costs £21.50.

Half Pass Ticket - To book for the conference ONLY on 9-10 June (excluding the evening meal and CPP Networking Party on 9 June) please select this option.
