Ensemble Ballet Theatre presents The Wizard of Oz
Ensemble Ballet Theatre presents this charming classic story of Dorothy and her dog Toto who get caught in a tornado's path and somehow end up in the land of Oz. On her quest to find a way back home, she meets some memorable friends and foes in her journey to meet the Wizard of Oz. Come join Dorothy on this unforgettable experience as she travels down the yellow brick road with some of your favorite characters: The Scarecrow, the Tin Man, the Lion, the Wicked Witch, the Munchkins and the Flying Monkeys. A wonderful childhood story brought to life on stage by Artistic Director Kimberly Wooten.
In addition, you will also get the privilege of seeing an original short ballet choreographed by Artistic Director Kimberly Wooten,that represents a creative interpretation of different states of mind expressed through dance.
