A CALL TO THE PEACEMAKING CIRCLE PROCESS: Expanding Racial Justice Leadership Practices to Foster Healing and Rejuvenation
The peacemaking circle process draws from both ancient practices and modern processes to create trust, intimacy, goodwill, belonging, generosity, and reciprocity. The peacemaking process is a powerful approach to build strong relationships, hold authentic dialogues and bring about what Dr. Martin Luther King called the beloved community. This circle is for people who want to heal from the malaise of racism and rejuvenate their social justice spirit. This process will create deep and meaningful relationships necessary for social change work. More important, this is an opportunity to do your own deep inner work to become a better leader.
