Antje Duvekot is a German-born, American-raised singer-songwriter who has risen to the top of the competitive Boston singer-songwriter scene. She has won the Grand Prize in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition, the prestigious Kerrville (TX) "Best New Folk Award," and in one of the nation's top music markets, she won the Boston Music Award for "Outstanding Folk Act"--three of the top prizes in the singer songwriter world.
Antje is a serene yet compelling live performer with a fresh, poetic palette of images and words, all informed by an outsider's gift of insight. ///
At the age of 21, Opener Kayla Ringelheim grew up around Harvard Square's legendary Club Passim and already has a decade of songwriting under her belt. She is currently working on a new album with producer/musician Lorne Entress (Lori McKenna, Mark Erelli). She is a full-time student at Brown University.
