Food & Folklore, Eatonville Restaurant's monthly dinner series intertwining storytelling and fabulous food, presents "From Maize to Grits: Native American Influence on Southern Cooking".
Special Guest Speaker is Peggy Wellknown Buffalo of the Center Pole (www.thecenterpole.org) on the Crow Indian Reservation in Montana.
Featuring a themed 4-Course Dinner. $45 per person plus tax + gratuity.
