ABOUT THE TALENT
Headliner: KEVIN MEANEY The Tonight Show, Saturday Night Live, Letterman, HBO, Regis, Oprah, Conan O'Brien In a world of few absolutes, this is one: KEVIN MEANEY was born to entertain. He has been one of the country's most popular standup comedians for more than 25 years with his singular brand of comedy that includes acting out stories, musical flights of fancy and telling tales on the family. Tom Shales of the Washington Post said, "Picture the precocious love child of Jonathan Winters and Ethel Merman and you have some idea of Kevin Meaney's act." His first HBO special in 1986 catapulted him to the forefront of the comedy scene. In 1987, Kevin made his debut appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and has returned to the show a dozen times. He was a special guest on Saturday Night Live and has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, Regis, Oprah and Late Night with Conan O'Brien. For more info go to www.KevinMeaney.com
Host: RICH KIAMCO Louie Anderson LIve-Las Vegas, Wendy Williams, Howard Stern, Boston Comedy Festival Rich's comedy career began with a sewing machine at the Fashion Institute Of Technology where he performed his first stand-up routine at the dorm talent show. Later that year later he met Judy Tenuta and became her costume designer and eventually began performing with her as her back-up dancer in Las Vegas, on The Howard Stern Show and venues nationwide. He received the Overall Excellence Award at the NY Fringe Festival + Best Solo Performance at the Montreal GLBT International Theatre Festival and has performed on campuses and venues across the USA, Canada, China and the Philippines. Rich was featured on BRAVO's Queer Eye For The Straight Guy, co-hosted the WE channel's 3 Men And A Chick Flick, has had multiple appearances on OutQ Sirius XM Satellite Radio, was interviewed on FOX's Good Day NY, appeared on the Wendy Williams Show and recently opened for Louie Anderson in Las Vegas
ALSO APPEARING:
CORINNE FISHER The Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, FOX's Laughs, Boston Comedy Festival Corinne has played clubs all over the country from New York Comedy Club in NYC to The Comedy Store in Los Angeles, but she is probably best known as co-host of Guys We Fucked: The Anti Slut-Shaming podcast.
ALEX CARABANO BET's "Apollo Live" Alex CarabaƱo not only does stand up comedy but he also co-runs The V-Spot, a vegan restaurant inspired by Colombian cuisine located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. On stage, CarabaƱo delivers hilarious quips and punchlines derived from his ventures into the world of vegetarianism and growing up around Jamaicans. Alex's talents have appeared on CBS's "The Job" and BET's "Apollo Live" where he won $1000 surviving the legendary Apollo Theater.
EVAN BOWEN Comedian Evan Bowen has charmed audiences from coast to coast. Originally from North Andover, Massachusetts, his humor is based on the stories and people of that area. In 2007, Evan won the WFNX "Yucks for Bucks" comedy competition after performing in front of two-hundred rowdy people - he credits his success to countless hours at spent bars with barely anyone paying attention. From 2011 to 2013, he was the House MC at The Comedy Underground in Tacoma Washington where he realized that comedy is more than punch lines and double entendres. Evan now lives in New York City, and is excited to be learning from some of the best comedians in the country.
