Dan Zanes began his career as the the frontman for the Del Fuegos, The premier Boston garage band of the 1980's. In 2000 he started his own record label and began recording his own style of '21st Century Social music' for kids AND adults. Since then he has made many acclaimed recordings and won a grammy in 2007 for his CD Catch That Train!
Dan and his brother-in-law Donald Saaf have been playing music together for 20 years on on Dan's Cd's, and whenever they get together. For this special evening they'll be joined by the invincible Matthew Sharff on the standup bass in an intimate setting against the backdrop of the Bluebird Marionette Theater. This evening performance will be geared towards older kids and music lovers of ALL AGES! We'll even have a program with lyrics so you can join in on many of the choruses!
