Mardi Gras Ball 2011: Starstruck! A Night at the Movies

Join us for an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration at our 3rd Annual Mardi Gras Ball: Starstruck! A Night at the Movies the weekend after the 2011 Oscars as we raise funds to benefit The Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research (www.marsharivkin.org) in their mission to save lives and reduce suffering through improved treatment, early detection, and prevention of ovarian cancer.

Our master of ceremonies for this year's benefit gala event will be Ms. Lily Armani as Joan Rivers, and she is bringing along a bunch of her friends as well. You are in for a blast!

We will once again be hosting an evening of Mardi Gras dining and dancing this year at the 415 Westlake center in South Lake Union on Saturday March 5th, 2011. The suggested ticket donation price of $80/person includes a full dinner, drinks, and dancing the night away in order to benefit The Marsha Rivkin Center.

Don't forget to bring cash or your check book to participate in our fabulous raffle for prizes and our dessert dash race! We will also be able to take credit cards via mobile card readers this year.

Les Faeries Vertes is Seattle's first Mardi Gras krewe formed in 2008 to raise funds for a charity selected by our members each year.

THIS IS A SEMI-FORMAL EVENT, SO PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY. Mardi Gras or Red Carpet movie themed costumes, masks and accessories are highly encouraged as an addition to or in lieu of formal attire!
