Sycamore Goose Island Beer Dinner
Goose Island's Paul DeVries will be back, after nearly a year, to help host another beer dinner. Because of the cost of the beer we are raising the price to $60.00 for this event. One of the beers we will have the privilege of serving is "White City", which is "An imperial white ale spiced with coriander, green coriander, crushed roasted fennel seed, rosemary, bitter orange peel and fresh orange zest." Hopefully we will also have "Dominique", which is "a Belgian style sour ale aged in used Heaven Hills Bourbon Barrels." We will finish the meal with at least one of the several incarnations of "Bourbon County Stout"; we have a keg that has been aged for one year.
