Guest Speaker: Archivist BILL SHELLEY
Join us as we celebrate Eric Clapton with a thrilling evening of rare concert performances, many
featuring "surprise" musical guest stars. From his earliest days in the 1960's with The Yardbirds to his years
with the super-group Cream, Eric Clapton wrote and played some of the decades' greatest songs. After Cream
broke up in 1968, Eric went on to form Blind Faith with Stevie Winwood (Traffic, Spencer Davis Group). When Blind
Faith broke up, Clapton formed Derek and the Dominos, all the while writing a ton of hit songs and chart-topping
gold records into the 1970's. In between, he has played with everyone from George Harrison to Duane Allman
and Johnny Cash. Highlights in this show include Sunshine of Your Love, Spoonful, White Room, Badge,
Can't Find My Way Back Home, Layla, Knocking on Heavens Door, and many more! No Eric Clapton fan will
want to miss this amazing showcase of classic live performances from throughout his career! Approx. 90 min
