Jimbo Mathus and The Tri-State Coalition new release on Fat Possum Records April 2015. Jim Dickinson once called Jimbo Mathus "the singing voice of Huck Finn." Outside of the south and around the world Mathus is widely known as the founder and frontman of the Squirrel Nut Zippers (discovering and giving start to Andrew Bird along the way), long time guitarist for Buddy Guy, and in inimitable character at large.
