Encinitas Garden Festival & Tour
The ten year anniversary of the annual Encinitas Garden Festival & Tour brings us back to our roots and features a self-guided walking tour of more than 20 private gardens in an eclectic neighborhood of Encinitas.
This year's garden neighborhood showcases quintessential Encinitas, full of succulents, avocados, ocean breezes and beautiful vistas. The variety of garden styles was chosen to appeal to every garden enthusiast. Experience mature coastal landscapes, eclectic plant collections, edible landscapes, and more as you stroll from garden to garden.
The festival also features a free Gardener's Marketplace that serves as the event's central hub, with a unique collection of garden-related vendors offering succulents, flowering plants, natives, vegetable seedlings, garden art, food, birdhouses and more.
In the Marketplace, garden experts will give talks on topics such as composting, deciduous fruit trees, drip irrigation, succulents, and low water planting. Food will also be available for purchase.
Join us for a day of celebrating gardens, gardening, community, and the horticultural heritage of Encinitas.
Advance tickets and reservations are $10 for children, ages 10 and younger, $25 for everyone else between March 15th and April 10th; $30 between April 11th and April 17th. On-site tickets (if any remain) are $10 for children ages 10 and younger, $35 for everyone else.
In case of gloom or drizzle, the festival will go on. In case of rain, the festival will be cancelled and we thank you for your donation.
