"Health Care: Affordable Care Act Tax Provision"
Presented by Mike Mudroncik

Senior Stakeholder Liaison, Communications, Liaison & Disclosure, Stakeholder Liaison Field Group - Central Area, Chicago, IL Field Office. Small Business/Self-Employed Division, Internal Revenue Service

Tuesday, November 16, 2010
Networking – 5:30 PM
Dinner and Program – 6:00 PM

Mike co-leads IRS' Issue Management Resolution System (IMRS) program for the Central Area of the Stakeholder Liaison Field Group. IMRS captures, develops and responds to significant national and local stakeholder issues. When stakeholder organizations notify the IRS of concerns about IRS policies, practices and procedures, analysts research and respond to the issues.
As co-lead, Mike has responsibility for working with taxpayers, practitioners and fellow Stakeholder Liaisons from the states of Illinois and Nebraska in the identification and resolution of IMRS issues.
Before reporting to the Senior Stakeholder Liaison position in September of 2009, Mudroncik most recently served as a Revenue Agent, SB/SE Exam Division, in Downers Grove, IL, where he was responsible for examinations of small business organizations with assets of under $10 million. He also served as an On-the-Job Instructor for newly hired Revenue Agents.
Mudroncik joined the IRS in 2002 as a Tax Specialist in Downers Grove, IL, working for a year, before moving into the Revenue Agent position.
Mudroncik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Post- Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from DePaul University and is working on completing a Master of Science in Taxation degree, also from DePaul University.
