A Reading of Dervla: The Secret Irish Bard by Rose Murphy

As many of you know, Rose produced an Irish literary event for many years at the pub just prior to St. Patrick's Day. She would choose an Irish author and present readings by local actors. She always chose a worthwhile charity and donated the proceeds from the evening to that organization on behalf of the pub.This year on March 15th and 16th Bob Smith and the pub management is continuing the tradition, and they have decided to present readings from Rose's unpublished fantasy novel "Dervla: The Secret Irish Bard."

Readings will be performed by Bob, Kate Kennedy, Philip Sales, Jocelyn Murphy, Monica McKey and Katherine Del Chiaro. Again, the proceeds will be distributed to one of Rose's favorite charities. At the end of the readings, Bob will dedicate and rename the back room of the pub The Rose Murphy Performing Arts Center, and unveil a plaque so naming the room.

$30 ticket price includes a 2 course meal and a $15 donation to a charity of Rose's choice.
