RIVERTALK at the Conway Muse
RIVERTALK started out as a drumming circle around 1990 in Skagit County and the Bellingham area. Little by little instruments started coming out of the woodwork and the band evolved and flowed - like a river - to the band it is today. For many years they were a star attraction at the Rexville Grange near LaConner and at the Oregon Country Fair, near Eugene.
The musicians are: Jan Foster (lead vocals), Aviathar Pemberton (keyboards),Vince Fejeran (trombone),Jeff Hume (trumpet), Michael McLaskey (guitar), Paul Sherman (bass), Kevin Summers (saxephone), Lonnie Swanson (drums), Richard Swetman (percussion), Tom Andre (percussion), and Kathleen Luther (percussion and vocals). 12 new original songs will have their premier performance.
