The Joy of Cheese Presents The Red Menace
With their dense nutty flavors, subtle hints of grass and formidable presence, alpine cheeses are ideal companions for red wines, so let's let reds rule! Please join us Thursday November 11 at 7:30 at Stella Manhattan Bistro for a survey of nine extraordinary alpine cheeses and four red wines to match.
