Songs Weave Together What War Tears Apart
Join the Seattle Peace Chorus in its musical journey into the songs of Africa. Directed by Fred West, the Chorus will present the Congolese Mass Missa Luba and other songs of Africa featuring tenor soloist, Sid Law, Senegalese virtuoso drummers Shione and Gora Diop and the Vawachi Marimba Ensemble.
A free will offering will be taken for the Panzi Hospital in the Democratic Republic of Congo, benefiting women affected by violence.
