Will Franken: "I'll Be Your Neck" (New One-Man Show)
Will Franken, renowned San Francisco satirist, absurdist, and one-man sketch comedy show returns for two very special shows, chock full of new material and peppered with just the right amount of audience favorites at North Beach's infamous Purple Onion. Come one, come all, observe, and enjoy. . .
"I'll Be Your Neck" is a multi-character, single-performer, ultra-hilarious performance from the Bay Area's most original comedic talent, Will Franken (willfranken.com). The title comes from one of Will's numerous alter egos, Petey Pepper, admonishing a girl that a beautiful woman such as herself is too precious to carry her own head. "What kind of man would make you carry your own head? I'll be your neck, baby. . ." Just let Will tell you about it:
WILL "Hi, everybody, this is comedian/satirist/absurdist/one-man show Will Franken here. [tosses hair like a woman in a 1980s shampoo commercial] Gosh, I hope you'll come check out my new material at the Purple Onion. I've got two very special shows planned on November 20th at my favorite club in the whole city (if not the whole country). Two shows, 8pm and 10pm. Only $20.
