attempts to make this dream a reality. Director Joel Marsden traveled to 26 different countries, from
India to Iran, from Brazil to Borneo, witnessing how elections are conducted in each of them.
Presenting his idea at the UN, Marsden is pleased to discover a broad spectrum of support for a
worldwide referendum. Equipping himself with a homemade satellite voting machine, he travels the
world, engaging a wide variety of citizens to decide upon referendum topics and become part of a
