5th Annual Seasons Beatings

On December 4th the River City Rollergirls will host an all day Roller Derby Event with doors opening at 1:00pm with fun scrimmages all day and a full length bout at 6:00pm with the Poe's Punishers vs Charlotte Rollergirls. The Charlotte Rollergirls are a WFTDA apprentice league who are known to be strong contenders against already active ranked leagues in the WFTDA. The Poe's are ready to dish out some more punishment to the other ladies in purple in what will close out their 2010 season.

Immediately before the main event, RCR's Uncivil Warriors will have an expo bout against the Charlotte B-Dazzlers.

The rest of the day will be filled with 30 min scrimmage bouts with fun themes like Zombies vs Robots, Ninjas vs Pirates, Glams vs Goths and Santa's Slayers vs Ho Ho Ho's. These teams will be filled will girls from all over VA and the country looking to have a good time and a good challenge.

There will be extra fun kids' activities and vendors all day! This will be a GREAT place to get in some holiday shopping while enjoying the fast-paced action of roller derby.
