Ama Trio at Garden House

On Friday April 3rd Beacon Arts is delighted to welcome the Ama Trio to our Garden House concert series. Located at 2336 15th Av S. the Garden House is a beautiful venue for careful listening to exceptional music. Doors at 7 pm, concert begins at 8. Ama Trio: a musical combination of the award winning Latin American duo Correo Aereo with the irrepressible Amy Denio (just back from world tours with Kultur Shock & The Tiptons). Abel Rocha & Madeleine Sosin interweave Venezuelan & Mexican harp, violin, cuatro, guitar, bombo, & maracas while Amy brings accordion, clarinet, and a 4 octave vocal range. Together they bring deep cultural knowledge and a profound sense of musical joy.
