Our Sponsor
The East Bay Consultants Forum is a round table sponsored by IMC NorCal, a chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, providing support, resources and insight into marketing techniques, networking opportunities, sales strategies, economic directions, client challenges and any other topic related to consulting and business.
Meeting Format
Please arrive at 7:30AM, choose your breakfast from the menu and meet and greet fellow practitioners. The formal meeting starts at 8:00AM with an opportunity to practice your audio logo and get to know everyone better. Next, you can ask colleagues to help you resolve a practitioner or client problem during our Members' Forum. The main program—a presenter, group discussion, workshop or panel—usually starts at 8:30 and goes for about 45 minutes. We close with announcements from our members and evaluations that we rely on to learn what is important to you and ask for your presenter and topic suggestions. You are welcome to stay for informal networking until 10:00. After that you can continue conversations in the main restaurant.
The fun begins when you take advantage of your East Bay Consultants Forum personal advisory board. Come prepared to share and receive some of the better ideas around to propel your business.
Save money--register online now to reserve your seat at the table. Walks in pay $25 cash.
See you there!
