Immerse yourself in a hands-on experience learning how to prepare some of the most popular Italian Easter/Spring dishes with Michela Tartaglia, the director of Cucina Casalinga. Learn how to make handmade tagliatelle with lamb ragù, Easter salad with greens, quail eggs and asparagus and dark chocolate truffles for dessert. At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around the table and enjoy the dishes in the spectacular atmosphere of Pike Place Market.
