Synopsis: In this dark indie thriller, a genetic scientist, Dr. Victor Reed, secretly clones the first human being. The doctor intends to do extensive tests on the baby before allowing her to be examined by his peers and seen by the public. But when photographs are prematurely leaked to the press, everything he has worked for is threatened. Growing controversy in the media and fears of federal and state legal action start to close in on Victor and an increasing number of agitated protestors begin to organize outside his home. It is within this building tension that something even worse is revealed a dark secret that could destroy everything and everyone precious to him. This modern day Frankenstein narrative undertakes not only the complicated moral and social issues of human cloning but also the inevitability of evolutionary and technological change.
