Frank Family Wine Dinner at 4th & Swift

Gather in the Old Fourth Ward for a special, prix fixe dinner at 4th & Swift featuring wines from Frank Family Vineyards on Monday, March 23. Guest will enjoy a selection of Frank Family wines carefully paired with four courses from chef de cuisine Jeb Aldrich. The dinner will begin at 7 p.m. and costs $75 per person.

First Course:
Poached Maine lobster
Grilled sweetbreads, fettuccini nero, tomato confit, fromage blanc and white mushroom fond

Second Course:
Maple Leaf Farms Duck
Fava beans, cipolatta, citrus, pea shoots, polenta and Calabrian chili

Third Course:
Roasted Heart of Ribeye
Morel marrow custard, bitter greens and sauce au poivre

Fourth Course:
Milk Chocolate Panna Cotta with strawberries
