Science: Greg Graffin: Art, Science & Bad Religion
Greg Graffin is best known as lead singer of the punk band Bad Religion; he is perhaps less well known for his PhD from Cornell and his course offerings in life sciences and paleontology at UCLA. His new book, Anarchy Evolution, describes his own artistic development as inextricably intertwined with his study and exploration of evolution, and the formation of a naturalist's worldview on questions involving God, science, and human existence. Presented as part of Seattle Science Lectures, with Pacific Science Center and University Book Store. Series sponsored by Microsoft. Series media sponsorship provided by KPLU.
