Hometown Hootenanny - All-American Road Trip
The Hometown Hootenanny presentation set for Friday, Oct. 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the Historic Everett Theatre is an "All-American Road Trip," a celebration of America's favorite destinations, and the journeys experienced along the way, performed by the Hometown Band and special guest artists.
From "Walking in Memphis" to "Calling Baton Rouge" and the ultimate driving song, "On the Road Again," enjoy songs about cities and town all across the country and our collective love of travel.
J.W. McClure, a folksy songwriter with a throwback style reminiscent of Jimmie Rodgers, will entertain us with his own tunes, and local singers Lyndon Heart and Karen Knapp round out the bill.
The Hometown Hootenanny is a family-friendly event, presenting live music and a variety of entertainers in a classic venue in downtown Everett. Emcee Cal Winston keeps the audience entertained and engaged, and the show format is relaxed yet professional.
