The world of cheese is a varied one, indeed. When you combine the various permutations of milks and locations, a neverending array of delicious opens up to you. Here in Georgia, we're blessed with numerous types of cheeses being created locally - but only one farm is creating from sheep's milk. And how lucky are we that they are generous enough to share the process with us?
Join Tim "The Cheese Man" Gaddis for a tour of Many Fold Farm to follow how the cheese is made - all the way from grass to plate. Meet the sheep, see the milking parlor, learn how these amazing and distinct varieties are made, and then taste the fruits of this complex, rewarding artisanal process.
Join us for our second Slow Food for Thought event at beautiful Many Fold Farm. Members can attend for only $10 a person to cover the delicious cheese you'll get to taste. Not a member? Not a problem! Feel free to join us for $40 OR go ahead and become a member at www.slowfoodatlanta.org and attend for the reduced rate. (Remember: if you're thinking of joining us for two events this year, your membership pays for itself!!)
