SERASYMPHONY: Sailor Moon Symphony LA Concert
After a sold-out debut performance in New York City, iconiQ The Soundtrack Orchestra brings SERASYMPHONY - a fan orchestra concert tribute to the music of 'Sailor Moon' - to Los Angeles on Sunday, July 5 at 8pm.
Originally conceived as a video montage celebrating the series' 20th anniversary, the fan-made tribute restructures musical themes from the 1992 anime adaptation into a five-movement suite, complete with a concerto performed by violinist Christina Bouey and composer-pianist Yasuhiko Fukuoka.
This extended concert will feature a chamber orchestra conducted by Bobbie Lee Crow III and led by concertmaster Annette Homann, additional musical arrangements of fan favorites such as "La Soldier" and "Heart Moving," and a special guest performance by the original American singing voice of Sailor Moon Jennifer Cihi.
VIP tickets include a goodie bag of iTSO memorabilia, center orchestra seats within the first 2 rows, and invitations to a pre-concert panel discussion with the soloists and conductor.
