Director Ana Margineanu joins Playwright Ed Cardona, Jr. (La Ruta) in the rapidly gentrifying neighborhood of Bushwick to discover how this haven for artists living on the edge of their means, undocumented immigrants, and long-time residents are responding to soaring rents, impending dislocation and swift change.
