It is no secret that popular culture holds stereotypes about classical music. One of the many reasons these stereotypes exist is because mainstream audiences have not been introduced to this music properly. Not So Classical is a uniquely structured stage presentation that aims to transform the way you experience classical music.

Enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere of The Mercer, one of OTR's newest bar/restaurants as you discuss the performance and chat with the artists and other Young Professionals. YP tickets include the performance at the Woodward Theater plus one drink ticket and light bites at The Mercer.
Join us on a journey that begins in Russia and takes us across the world. In this fast-paced program, each piece will be introduced with a story, featuring fun facts and video vignettes. Part - monologue, part - performance...all equally riveting.
