The beauty of "Kaiseki"
"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods. With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Japanese Haute cuisine chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious course of 5 dishes including a dessert. The theme of March event will be Girl's day celebration. in Japan, we celebrate for girls' happiness and healthy on March 3 every year. We display "Hina" dolls and peach blossoms and enjoy some foods and sweets. You can learn and enjoy Japanese culture as well as the foods!!

Appetizer: Firefly Squid with Mustard and Vinegar flavored Miso sauce
Hassun: Hina doll shaped Sushi Silverfish Tempura Herring mixed with Soy Pulp Ippin: Deep-fried Ling cod with English green pea puree
Rice dish: Rice with clam and clam soup
Dessert: White-Sake flavored Sorbet
