A champagne toast. "Happy 25th Birthday". Catherine is sitting across from her recently deceased father, Robert. The past years of her life have been devoted to caring for the man who has not only passed down his aptitude for Mathematics but may have also passed down a form of mental instability Catherine part lovingly describes as 'Crazy'. Upon her father's death, Catherine faces a journey beyond grief. She, alongside her estranged sister Claire and her father's former pupil, Hal (Harold), aim to find value and answers in the mathematician's 103 notebooks.

What makes this production special? We've double cast the show. 8 actors take on the 4 roles in Proof, mixing and matching them each performance creating a unique experience for our actors as well as creating an opportunity for the audience to come back and see a brand new show every night.

The actors create the world before you and carry the story by pure instinct, listening and specific emotional responses; the audience will be enthralled and entertained by this story of grief, love and re-birth.
