Comprehensive Beer Flavor Identification, 10 Off-Flavors
Along with teaching proper tasting technique, this class will cover all 10 off-flavors taught in the 3-Part Series: sour, acetaldehyde, diacetyl, isoamyl acetate, ethyl acetate, cardboard, skunky, DMS, isovaleric acid, and butyric acid. This session will be two hours in length. This will be good preparation for those planning to take the Cicerone exam being given in Kansas City on April 21st.
