Leroy Pierson
For more than 40 years, guitarist, record producer, and Blues historian Leroy Pierson has been one of the St. Louis Blues scene's most active and productive participants. Leroy's music covers a broad spectrum, learned firsthand from brilliant musicians of pre-war vintage. Pierson made long and frequent trips to rural Mississippi to study with his mentors. We're honored to be able to present Leroy on our stage! His voice and guitar style are at once truly authentic and truly his own.
