Beer Tasting and Dinner Featuring New Belgium Brewing Co.
Sycamore is excited to partner again with New Belgium Brewing Co., Fort Collins CO, to present a special four course dinner featuring menu items created to complement New Belgium beers.
New Belgium's mid-Missouri "beer ranger" will be on hand to talk about the beer selections and about the New Belgium Brewery, the 25-year-old, employee-owned, eco-friendly craft beer icon.
The roster of beers, subject to availability:
Fat Tire, New Belgium's flagship amber
Slow Ride, dry-hopped session IPA
Portage, porter
La Folie, wood-aged sour brown ale
Cocoa Molé, spiced chocolate porter
