Benerji (Nick Nolte) guides step-siblings Charlotte (Haley Bennett) and Sye (Carter Jenkins) through a surreal half-life world set in Greece. They have entered this world as they swim between life and death in a submerging car. Their vagabond-philosopher guide Benerji presents them with life changing experiences. To survive they must imagine what it means to be family, grow up, and live.
