Just in time for Awards Season, Captured Aural Phantasy Theater presents CASTING COUCH CONFIDENTIAL telling tawdry Tinsletown tales with a comic twist.

For 1 night only Sunday, March 1, at the historic El Cid, which has seen its fair share of Hollywood ghosts in its 100 year history, Captured Aural Phantasy Theater brings to the stage live performances of vintage Hollywood-themed comic book stories along with live music, comedic acts and stunning visual art. We will be showcasing the star-crossed underbelly of LA LA Land with stories from "The Industry's" golden age featuring back-stabbing starlets and cigar-chomping producers performed in our signature variety show/ old radio show style. While the source material may be classic, Captured Aural Phantasy Theater presents them in glorious 21st Century absurdity.

CASTING COUCH CONFIDENTIAL includes multi-media performances of old comic book stories, such as 1950's "Sinful Sister" from the title Hollywood Secrets, presented with live sound effects, music and projections of the original comic art behind the performers. Like a variety show, the evening includes comedic acts, prizes and more live music between stories all moved along by a toothy MC. It's a night of entertainment about, wellentertainment!
