"Dig In" Slow Food Philly Style
Slow Food is holding Terre Madre our International Conference this year and we wanted to celebrate locally with an event that will provide food, beer, music, food demo's, and exhibitors that live the Slow Food philosophy. Philly is a very progressive community with a some great organizations and we wanted to provide you an opportunity
to meet and talk, sign up & volunteer. eat & drink, and just have a good time Slow Food style.
Exhibitors will include; Harvest Local Foods, Fair Food Farmstand, Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Business Network,Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger, Grid Magazine,
Farm to City, Urban Nutrition Initiative, Farmers from local farms, and others.
